Get help

Email henry@clubwestcreative.com with the phone number on the request and a short description of what needs attention. Do not email passwords, door codes, payment-card details, or other account credentials.

Text commands

Text HELP for workflow guidance, STATUS for the current project state, HUMAN to request operator review, PAUSE to stop automation, or CANCEL PROJECT to cancel an active request. Providers can also text STOP to suppress future outreach.

Emergency limitation

HomeLine is not emergency dispatch. For fire, gas or carbon-monoxide concerns, power-line involvement, immediate structural danger, or another urgent threat, leave the area when appropriate and contact emergency services or the relevant utility.

Privacy and deletion

Signed-in homeowners can start account deletion from Privacy settings. For anonymous SMS records or access problems, use the configured support channel shown above. Identity must be verified before records are disclosed, linked, or deleted.
